We want you to have the best shopping experience and understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary.

A reminder to please check the sizing guides thoroughly to make sure that you're happy with the sizing. If you are unsure of our sizing please get in touch louise@elmclothing.co.uk and we will reply within 2 working days.

30 day returns policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, please contact us at louise@elmclothing.co.uk. We will guide you through the returns process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We check all products carefully before they make their way to you. However, upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
